Employee Spotlight: Arlene Negrete, Records Processing Specialist

On June 10, we celebrate 12 incredible years with Arlene Negrete, our devoted Records Processing Specialist at Vocational Diagnostics, Inc.

In the field of forensic damages assessment, we rely on accuracy, organization, and attention to detail, and Arlene consistently delivers all three. Every case involves large volumes of documentation, including medical, employment, tax, and educational records, along with expert reports. Arlene carefully reviews, renames, and organizes each file so our experts have exactly what they need, exactly when and where they need it.

When Arlene began her journey with VDI, we were still receiving hard copies of records by mail. She was responsible for scanning each page with meticulous care, setting a high standard for thoroughness. As our systems have evolved over the years, Arlene has continued to grow with us, always maintaining her strong commitment to excellence.

In those early years, Arlene worked in our Phoenix administration office. We remember fondly how she would occasionally bring her daughter, who was in elementary school at the time, into the office for visits. Today, that little girl has grown into a beautiful young woman who is about to enter her senior year of high school, and it has been a privilege to witness her journey.

At VDI, we value more than just teamwork. We consider each other family, and Arlene has been a beloved part of ours for over a decade. Her loyalty, dedication, and quiet strength have made a lasting impact on our company and on all of us who have the pleasure of working with her.
