M.C.L. v. American Medical Response, Inc., et al.

Vocational Diagnostics, Inc. was retained in a Nevada medical malpractice matter involving a young woman who experienced a large vessel occlusion stroke, claiming the hospital failed to diagnose and treat the condition in a timely manner, which resulted in profound and life-altering impairments.

Aubrey Corwin, M.S., L.P.C., C.R.C., C.L.C.P., was retained by Plaintiffs to provide an Earning Capacity Evaluation and Life Care Plan. Her evaluation provided a comprehensive analysis of the Plaintiff’s current and future care needs, as well as the profound effect these injuries have had on her, including her inability to return to gainful employment.
