In the Lily Lopez v. Sara Bilvado matter, venued in Tulare County, CA, our vocational and life care planing expert, Michele J. Multiple glaring methodological flaws were found throughout the Plaintiff-retained damages experts’ opinions which were refuted by using published, peer-reviewed methodology. Plaintiff’s counsel asked for an award of $4,000,000, and Defense asked the jury to award $40,000.  The jury came back with a verdict of $44,000.
