We are thrilled to shine our employee spotlight on Shannon Rustad, who is celebrating 13 incredible years with Vocational Diagnostics, Inc. Over the past decade plus, Shannon has been more than just a member of our team – she has been the glue that holds us together and the bridge between our billable staff and administrative team.

Shannon’s leadership as Director of Operations and Business Development has been instrumental in helping VDI navigate growth, change, and the many challenges that come with running a company that provides expert vocational consulting and life care planning services. Her ability to balance professionalism with hilarity has created an environment where employees feel supported and seen, and clients feel valued.

Whether coordinating VDI’s presence at nationwide conferences and seminars, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, or managing any number of employee needs, technical support, and fires to put out, Shannon brings a level of commitment and attention to detail that is unmatched. She is a natural problem-solver and a steadying presence during chaotic times.
