Hannah Chang

Vocational Consultant Intern

Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and graduated cum laude. She received her Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling in the summer of 2025.

Prior to being employed at VDI, Hannah worked with people with disabilities as a job coach in Eau Claire and Menomonie. She was then promoted to a case assistant, and eventually a job developer/employment specialist. Following this, Hannah took a position as a W2 Career Planner and Case Manager. She assisted parents below the poverty line in obtaining and maintaining employment, as well as to connecting them to emergency resources in both St. Croix and Pierce county.

Hannah spends her free time lifting at the gym, playing tennis, kickboxing, having fun with friends, and being outdoors.
